Scrip Raises Funds for DGCS

Ordering gift cards through our scrip fund raising program for purchases you would make anyway is an easy way for your family to help. Groceries, clothing, toys, gifts, even gasoline!

In the 2009/10 school year only 10 families participated in the program and the school raised nearly $3,000.

The more families that participate, the more our school can earn…without you spending more than you would have spent anyway.

An organization of 150 families easily spends between one and two million dollars per year on food, clothing and other essentials. If we can get 150 of our school family use scrip for just food and groceries (average $150 per week on groceries and $40 per week on gasoline) purchases, we can raise nearly $60,000 per year for our school --without spending an additional penny. Imagine how much more we can raise if we use pre-paid scrip cards for movies, gifts, clothing, and much more.
